Emergency Services

If you feel your pet is having an emergency during normal business hours, if you can please call 314-469-6661 to talk with our staff before coming to the office. This gives us the opportunity to set up emergency equipment beforehand so we are better prepared to serve you and your pet quickly when you arrive. Walk-in emergencies will be triaged and addressed as quickly as possible. Please be aware most emergencies will be assessed an additional emergency fee if there is no open appointment slot available when you arrive.

We also offer after hours on-call emergency services for all birds and most exotic pets, as well as current dog/cat clients. Please call 314-569-5700 to page the on-call doctor.

Please make note of the after-hour emergency service we offer. We recommend a full physical exam once a year and send out reminders to all patients.
